Summer is OVER! Labour Day is less than a week away, the weather is getting colder and 2020 can exit stage left. Like most, I have now officially had it with this crappy year. Instead of getting down, I’m going to focus on getting better and I am inviting you for the ride. 30 days of moving to get strong, get focused and get ourselves ready for the leaves changing color and the inevitable snow.
September 2020 #BigBrnz Challenge
This month we are going overhead and building some shoulder strength. 1,000 Push Press. Break them up any way you would like, but you have to use a weight in both hands. Now, I just got a pair of dumbbells (from Play It Again Sports), but you can use anything you have laying around. If you have a barbell, fantastic! Dumbbells, awesome! Cans of soup… They will work. Bring the weights to your shoulders, hip goes back and knees soft then drive both weights overhead locking out elbows, hips and knees.
