Ok, so I’m giving Dr. Spin’s out of the saddle riding another shot. I extended the low intensity section and shortened the high intensity section in the hopes that I could work my way up to the requirements.
No such luck. 2 minutes of high intensity and I had 0, control of the heart rate. Yup, it got a little out of control. I also noted so serious discomfort in the top of my left foot. That all added together equals a 35 minute shortened spin session with a selection of hammer bicep curls and hammer shoulder presses.
I’m view some places tomorrow and doing laundry in prep for a visit from my sister and a wedding Saturday. I’m thinking I might pass on football, just to give my legs a break, but will try and squeeze two more spins in.
