Mid week

Another struggle to get up, but it was a good day once it got going…

I hammered the cardio section for a 940+ calorie burn and a chest workout thrown in just for good measure. Still finding I have ‘dead’ legs, but I think its something I will just have to work through.

On a side note, I met with Dr. O. and its full steam ahead with our workout plan. It will be extremely tough, with lots of spinning (which is crazy). Official start date is Mar 1.
