It’s Friday night (er… morning) and I feel alright…
It’s Friday night (morning) oh what a night (morning)!
Not a bad first week with the nose back to the grindstone. 4 days of hard cardio at the gym and 1 P90X session. I think that qualifies as good. Good dieting behavior so far, moderate portions and aside from the 3 chicken wings I had Thursday night, pretty healthy (as long as you aren’t counting sodium content).
Starting to feel the wear on the knees oddly enough, but other than that, the body is responding well. The true challenge will be next week. I’ll have to monitor how the body is responding after this weekends Yoga sessions (Yup you read that right, more than one).
Signal Hill at Gracie’s tonight, that should be a challenge.
