Woohoo?

Monday, Monday, Monday…

You know me, not a huge fan of this first day of the week, but as we look at it, I’m in the basement with Spritz, pounding away. It’s been a while since I’ve been constant on the bike and that has to change. While I’m not packing on the pounds, I don’t feel at my best. It’s interesting to note as well that I’ve been having more and more trouble controlling my heart rate during the sessions. That could be a combination of the weather as well though, as the temperatures have been rising.

So as you read this Tuesday evening (sorry Lisa, couldn’t bring myself to do this last night), I will let you know that it was a 60 minute session. Let me tell you, after 41 minutes I was ready to pack it in for the night. I kept going, knowing that I hadn’t been on the bike a lot in the last 10 days, but with a valid excuse (see my last post).

I was planning on hitting the bike again tonight after my adjustment with Dr. Spin, but there is a problem. Don’t know what the issue is, but it started on the ride up the escalator, almost lost my balance and toppled to the bottom of Lawrence Station (and anyone who has been to Lawrence knows it’s a long escalator). Hasn’t gotten any better since then. I feel, well not dizzy, but off? No not the right word… Light headed? Fuzzy? Not sure. I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck (which don’t hurt anymore), but I think I am going to cancel tonight.

See you Wednesday evening,

Beez
