Tuesday morning I was up, Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark was playing and I was on my way to another 60 minute spin session. Now while the title of this post would indicate I spun (is that the proper past tense?) twice, let me assure you that that would be just silly.
My body is exhausted. I can’t explain why, but my body is just gassed when I hop off the bike. I am still shooting for 5+ days of spinning this week, but as I write this on Wednesday morning there was no way I was doing it now. Looks like another Evening/Morning session is on deck for me.
