Why is this such a struggle?

The fight to actually peel myself out of bed and make it to the gym have been becoming epic battles and I don’t know why?

I had a decent cardio day once I made it to Goodlife, burning around 950. Through in some shoulders and biceps just for something different. It was alright, but I haven’t been feeling super challenged.

Thank goodness I heard from Dr O, who will be giving me a 6 week program of nutrition and exercise…
