Mid Week BLAH!!!

This is Wednesdays post so I will keep it brief because there is another post tonight…

I know I may have talked about this before, but is it possible to have negative interest in something? I mean I know its possible to have zero interest, but negative? That’s how I felt about getting out of bed and going to the gym…

But…

I did get up and go. It wasn’t a huge cardio day, but still knocked off about 700+ calories. I did find out some interesting facts as I started to reintroduce machines back into my routine. Did some shoulder presses and noticed that the assisted dip machine was free. Now as you know I have been doing chinups (using a box) during my P90X sessions and the assisted dip machine would allow me to see how much I could pull up. When it was all said and done I did 5 reps of my body weight minus 100 lbs. So for those of you keeping track I was pulling up 210 (ish) lbs.

Yeah, not bad eh?
