Four days at the gym in a row (would have been five except for Mondays’ “Alarm Clock” incident (Yes, feel free to use air quotes on that)). Not a super intense workout today, because the body is a little bit tired and sore, but I got moving none the less…
Now comes the age ole question, “Do I drive to Brantford to play football at 7 am”? (And visit my B-ford Peeps). I be thinking that is a tall order, but I’m definitely mulling. It does mean blowing off one of the two scheduled P90X sessions this weekend…
Dilemma…
Anyways, the dieting is going much better (portion control is turning into a big change, but I am doing it) and I think that the results will be increasing from here on in. Do yourself a favor, if you are looking for a “healthy snack” option, visit Food Basics and pick up like 10 boxes of Nature’s Best granola(ish) bars. They are on for a $1.67 and make a great snack with a moderate 3g of Fiber.
