I know it seems a wee bit premature, but this is the same feeling I had when I was pounding the wait last year. The key difference this time is that I am really paying attention to what I’m eating (OK, so I broke down today and had chips… Damn Kryptonite). PORTION CONTROL… It sounds stupid but that is one thing I never gave a second thought too, know I look at what I’m having and push the plate early.
Scary? I KNOW!
