Ok, so I’m a little behind on my posting. Sorry, but it’s been a busy week and I have another one coming up (Condo week, WOOHOO plus moving).
So, let’s back track a couple of days and go back to Monday evening. Diamond Dawg softball is in the air and its 40 degrees with the humidity. Let’s just say that since I hurt my knee my ball seasons have been a tad erratic. This was one of the not so good ones as I couldn’t hit the broadside of a barn with a 1987 Buick. Awful.
But, all is not lost…
Under the ‘Did you see that?’ file, I was a pinch runner. Not once, but three times. OK, there is no need to laugh like that, it’s just not nice. You know what, it’s not becoming to your character either. I can run if the occasion calls for it. I also played left field, making a very nice running catch. That’s enough blowing my own horn, Tuesday is the last Official 220 Roommate night and the Rams are playing Wednesday.
