Yup, Yoga still blows…
Came home on Monday evening and had nothing but Yoga X and a new puppy to look forward too. I mean only a puppy to look forward to. Rhodey Keilhauer joined the cast of 220 Cranbrooke ave this evening…

I really don’t enjoy Yoga X. I think that about covers it. Did the workout, but the ankles were squaking.
