If you’ve been around for a while you have probably seen a pop-up asking you to sign up for the Newsletter. You’ve been ignoring it, I get it, but you should sign up.  Don’t worry if you missed signing up before, have a look on the right menu, you’ll find a place to fix that! It will be coming out on a quarterly basis starting in late November. It will not be the same content as the blog. You’ll get recommendations to the podcasts I am listening to, books I am reading, recipes I am making, restaurant food hacks, mini challenges, inspiration for active recovery and injury prevention. I’ll also talk more about life outside the gym.

Never miss another post, challenge or update. Click to allow the notifications in your web browser and when a new post goes up you will be the first to know. No more clicking repeatedly on refresh on, staying glued to Instagram or Facebook. You’ll get a discrete notification with a link to read immediately or you can come back whenever you are ready. It’s pretty cool and it will help you stay up to date with all the coolness that’s coming.
