Every year I take part in the Becel Ride for Heart in support of the Heart and Stroke Foundation. This cause is very near and dear to me because I have lost love ones to heart ailments of one kind or another and I want to help fund World Class Research to rid the World of heart disease and stroke. I know there are many demands on your funds day-to-day with ever increasing bills, the cost of living and having a little to invest in the future, but I am asking to think of this as an investment in everyone’s future.
