Thursday. Not quite Friday, but a long way
 from Monday. It’s been a rough week running wise (in like I haven’t been) and
 it’s been an even rougher week studying wise (it’s going slowly for my L1 and
 not at all for the Microsoft Certification party). I’m getting a little bit
 freaked out. It’s like the old days of University, minus the partying and the
 drunken shenanigans. So to make myself feel a little better, I went shopping.
 Say what now? Well I have been eying a new computer for my bike for a little
 while, but they are extremely expensive for what I was looking to get
 ($400-$800). My financial advisor (@SavannahJessie) has been clear that I
 better be sure if I was going to drop that kind of coin. Then Sport Chek
 happened. They had a 25% sale and I had a mitfull of gift certificates. A
 perfect storm occurred and the computer ended up costing $50 (of real money). SOLD.
 Now I need to get out a couple more times before the snow falls.

  The Warm-up was extra crisp today and we
 had ourselves a crazy shoulder workout on deck. From the rack we had a 3
 parter. First minute, 5 reps Strict Shoulder Press @115lbs. Second minute, 5
 reps with a 3 second hold at the top and then in minute 3, an AMRAP of Push
 Press. We did tis twice and the score was the number of Push Press reps. This
 one was ugly and my shoulders were burning after the first minute. I managed to
 hit 27 reps on the AMRAP. For today’s skill portion we had a double TABATA of
 Wall Walks and Strict Dips. I managed 4 Wall Walks (my shoulder was on fire)
 and 45 Ring Dips with the Purple Band.

  Oh my was this one interesting. We were
 just counting reps and I managed to hit 131 reps. I made my money in round 1
 hitting 75 reps in the Deads and Pistols. By the end though, I was drained and
 a hot sweaty mess. Coach G got the whole #530Crew through this one (which was
 really tough) and everyone worked their butts off. There was a Cash-out, but I skipped
 it tonight to go shopping for the computer. It had to happen.
