Saturday football in Brantford, from the I formation, split the defenders in the air spinning… TOUCHDOWN, the crowd goes wild.
OK, maybe not wild, but 2 touchdowns, plus 1 that was called back on a questionable tackle and an interception. All in all a good day of running around.
Fast forward to Saturday evening…
Here comes the pain. Not from my ankle as expected, but from my hips and groin. Its unbelievable how much pain this big body generates when its flying around (although truth be told, maybe I shouldn’t have been diving as much as I did).
Not great with the food and drink on Saturday evening, but I more than made up for it with the running…
