Well now that the alarm clock issue is resolved, I was up bright and early for my cardio date at Goodlife. Not saying that I was happy or cheerful about it, but this is how it breaks down:
30 minutes + 5 Cool down on the Elliptical for 765 Calories
25 minutes + 5 Cool down on the Bike for 316
So one hour and five minutes, 1081 calories… I can deal with that. Was an interesting day today, Rogers product demo for half the day and studying for my CCENT next Friday. But, I digress. Today was supposed to be the one month P90X progress/weigh day, but due to someone getting an assessment it wasn’t possible. That was a major disappointment, as I think it would be interesting to see where I am right now.
Well if at first you don’t succeed…
I kind of slipped up a bit tonight for dinner, as I had a slice and a half of pizza that Steve brought home after my dinner, but I think I will live. What can you do? Off to the gym tomorrow for another 1K burn…
Oh and I bought my Under Armour top for snowboarding… Now all I need is some snow…
